Dear Colleagues, Friends and Family:
As many of you are aware, Chet Stachecki (Program Administrator)
and Richard Newmann (Program Manager) of the Delaware Mosquito
Control Section will be retiring in January, 2000. It is truly
the end of an era with the departure of these two great gentlemen
(together they have a total combined experience of 67+ years).
To honor them we are planning a joint retirement dinner/roast.
Please try to make time in your busy schedules to attend this
function and wish a fond farewell to these icons of mosquito control
and public service.
