The Robert L. Armstrong Award

Whereas:	ROBERT L. ARMSTRONG has recently retired from active participation in Mosquito Control work; and

Whereas:	He was one of the outstanding leaders during the formation of this Organization and is a charter member who has contributed immeasurable amounts of both time and energy not only for the betterment but also for the existence of this Organization over many years:

Whereas:	Be it resolved this Twelfth day of October, 1977, by the Northeastern Mosquito Control Association, that in the future anyone deserving of an award for meritorious service to the Northeastern Mosquito Control Association be awarded the ROBERT L. ARMSTRONG AWARD honoring both the recipient and this esteemed member.
