For running an effective arbovirus testing program, and going the extra “MILES”.  Matthew assisted the individual MA Mosquito Control Projects in their endeavors to improve and enhance arboviral detection, from 2004 through 2010.   His timely and enthusiastic efforts were crucial in providing the necessary information to protect the health of the Commonwealth.
